The Akonni TruTip Kit for isolation of cell-free DNA yields inhibitor-free, PCR‐ready DNA in as few as twenty minutes, starting from plasma or urine, with optional pre-treatment steps. The TruTip Cell-free DNA Kit is a method of extracting and purifying nucleic acid from relevant body fluids for use in downstream amplification detection applications. Typical input sample volume is 500-800 µL. This product does not require major capital equipment, service contracts, labor intensive processes or hazardous organic extractions.
