TruDiagnosis systems are comprised of TruDx® Imagers, TruArray® Assays, TruTip® Kits for nucleic acid extraction, and software for data analysis and reporting.
By automating highly complex laboratory processes, tests performed on the TruArray platform perform multiplexed analysis of clinical samples, delivering accurate results in 15 minutes for immunoassays, and as little as 1-3 hours for nucleic acid based tests, depending on the intended use.
Akonni Biosystems manufactures low-density microarrays carrying anywhere from 5 to 200 3D gel-drops per array. Because of the aqueous nature of the TruArray gel-drops, compared to other microarray platforms, Akonni Biosystems’ TruArray Microarrays provide more efficient molecular recognition events at a lower overall cost per array. The platform is flexible enough to handle any protein or nucleic acid-based assay.

Description
The highly accurate and reliable TruArray MDR-TB assay a first portable, bench-top assay that detects mycobacterial susceptibility to rifampin and isoniazid, using a single, integrated-workflow approach.
TruArray MRSA assay is a qualitative in vitro assay for the direct detection of Staphylococcus aureus (SA) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), including mecA dropouts.
TruArray Warfarin is a qualitative assay for the detection and genotyping of the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in CYP2C9 gene of the cytochrome P450 enzyme, CYP2C9*2 (C430T), CYP2C9*3 (A1075C), and vitamin K epoxide reductase C1 (VKORC1) gene promoter -1639 (or 3673) G>A, as an aid in the identification of increased warfarin sensitivity.
TruArray® XDR-TB

This assay can also detect mycobacterial susceptibility to fluoroquinolone, capreomycin, kanamycin, amakacin.
